Overland Park, KS – Heartland Soccer Association, the largest youth soccer league and tournament host in the United States, is excited to announce that registration is now open for the 2022 Fall League season. The league, now in its 45th year, will kick off play the weekend of August 12-14, 2022.

Heartland Soccer league hosts players of all skill levels including recreational and premier level players and teams from around the Midwest. Each season more than 170 soccer clubs, 1,350 teams and 30,000 youth from age 9 to 19 compete at four world-class turf facilities, including the Scheels Overland Park Soccer Complex and Garmin Olathe Soccer Complex, as well as the Compass Minerals Sporting Fields and Swope Soccer Village. The sheer number of teams allow players the opportunity to compete against similarly skilled opponents at all ages.

“After the finish of very successful Spring season, we look forward to welcoming back all of our players, coaches, referees and parents to our world class soccer complexes this Fall,” says Shane Hackett, Heartland Soccer executive director. “Our league continues to grow in scope and size with teams coming from five states to play here.”

Heartland Soccer offers both flexible scheduling and quality competition with multiple divisions. Teams interested in playing in the 2022 Fall League season must register by noon on July 7, 2022 at www.heartlandsoccer.net.

In addition to league play, Heartland Soccer hosts 14 exceptional tournaments each year. The Fall Tournament series kicks off the weekend of August 5-7 with the Heartland Open Cup. Heartland tournaments draw in more than 3,300 teams from more than 16 states.
